In her role at BJC, she works with leaders and teams to help them leverage their strengths to be more effective in working together and providing exceptional patient care. In addition, Meghan continues to grow her own business, Meghan Chun Coaching & Consulting, supporting individual leaders to grow to their highest potential. Meghan strives to connect people, helping them feel valued, supported, and inspired and is committed to creating spaces for others to share their stories and grow in authenticity. Meghan has a Master of Divinity degree from Aquinas Institute of Theology as well as a Master of Business Administration from Webster University. She is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
