Payment Options

If you have already completed the registration form, you can pay using one of the methods below. You may also pay for a pre-conference online. Just note the tabs at the top of the online payment page. Please don’t submit payment until you’ve completed the registration form.

Pay online by credit card
Click here to visit our online payment page. You can pay for your conference registration as well as the pre-conferences registration using this form.

Pay by personal or hospital check

Return the invoice, as well as a check, for the applicable amount. If you are submitting a hospital check, please make the payables department aware that the tuition amount changes depending upon the date of receipt of payment.

After you’ve submitted payment, please complete the Attendee Directory Form which must be done all in one sitting. Your registration is not complete until that form is successfully submitted and you will receive confirmation after each step.
