Program Description

5TH ANNUAL PERINATAL LEADERSHIP FORUM

Creating a Culture of Trust:
Strategies for Transforming You, Your Staff, and Improving the Care Experience

Trust has a ripple effect. It is the glue that holds together high performing teams AND brings out the best in its employees. It not only impacts you as a leader, but it defines your relationship with your staff and ultimately it has a great impact on the care experience you deliver to your patients and their families.

Be a part of an invigorating 3-day conference for perinatal nurse leaders who will help you build the foundation of trust for your unit utilizing emotional intelligence, critical conversations, resilience, and so much more. You can create a culture where patients and staff feel engaged and safe in your unit.

We welcome all perinatal nurse leaders – including Maternal-Infant Directors and Managers and leaders from Antepartum, Labor and Delivery, Postpartum and the Newborn Nursery – to the beautiful Sawgrass Marriott in Ponte Vedra, Florida where we will, together, develop strategies that promote trust and meaning for ourselves and our staff in our practice environments. Managers and Directors – please bring your team members to maximize your experience and formulate implementation strategies. It is a great opportunity to simultaneously build trust and strong connections with your team.

Experience what this Synova conference has to offer:

  • Relationship building with perinatal leaders across the country
  • Engaging education sessions focused on cutting edge practice
  • Strategic networking sessions and focused roundtable discussion
