Webinar: Lessons to a New Leader
Thursday, May 30, 2019 – 9am PST / 12pm EST
Anna and Francesca have been nurse leaders for 5 years and 3.5 years, respectively. There are many things they wished someone shared with them when they first embarked on the nursing leadership journey.
In this session, “Lessons to a New Leader”, a few of the tips and tricks you’ll learn include setting the vision and tone for your team, maintaining fairness and equity, managing in a union environment, and how to cultivate relationships with your staff through team-building activities both in and out of the hospital setting.
List at least one resource, or helpful tip, you learned in this webinar that you plan to utilize in your role as a new leader.
