Cancellations requesting a refund or transfer credit:
Must be received in writing by September 1, 2021. A processing fee of $100 will be deducted from each refunded registration. No refunds will be granted after September 1, 2021.
Attendee substitutions:
Must be received in writing at any point before the conference begins.
