Leadership Coaching Cohorts
Synova Associates LLC, Contagious Change, and Meghan Chun Coaching & Consulting have joined together to offer Leadership Coaching Cohorts to continue the positive energy, strengths exploration and learning experience for all Synova NICU and Perinatal Leadership Forum attendees.
Why join a group coaching cohort?
What did you love about NICU Leadership Forum or Perinatal Leadership Forum? You likely left the conference feeling energized, excited and ready to face new challenges as a leader. But maybe you found it hard to keep the momentum and clarity after returning to your busy work environment. Synova’s Leadership Coaching Cohorts are a unique opportunity to work with a professional coach in a community of nurse leaders. The cohort will continue your leadership development, building on and diving deeper into the learnings from the conference, and you will also discover ways to focus on your leadership strengths, create and sustain change and build productive teams.
