Leading, Learning and Growing as a Nurse Leader

Making Leaders in Nursing

Often nurse leaders find it challenging to adopt a leadership coach mindset. To coach a staff, you need a different skill set that is more patient and practical towards the role. Coaching is a two-way, collaborative relationship between the nurse and the coach. It uses conversations to help nurses achieve their goals; a coach’s role is to facilitate meaningful discussions, highlight areas that may need more attention, and train the nurses to lead with their own ideas and best practices.

Nurse Leadership Coaching

Synova Associates offers online learning for nurses through the executive leadership coaching program. Pam Spivey, a nurse with 34 years of experience, is guiding individual clients and corporate teams through professional coaching, leadership development events, and consultative services.  She offers a discounted rate of $275 for the initial one-on-one coaching session and six one-on-one coaching sessions for $575,00 for any Synova Associate nurse leaders.

Her Coaching and leadership development focuses on:
– Tapping into strengths
– Leveraging their unique potential
– Maximizing leader potential
– Growing their leadership capacity
