Call For Abstracts
The conference committee invites you to submit an abstract for:
- 60 minute session
- 20 minute session
- Poster session

- Addressing staffing shortages
- Travel nurses
- Dealing with staff and families’ mental health issues
- Strategies to cover assignments
- Addressing safety concerns from staffing shortages
- Diversity, equity and inclusion
- Dealing with an overwhelming schedule
- Role of the educator and staffing beyond their responsibilities
- Difficult conversations during difficult times
- Self-awareness/self-love
- Fearless leadership
- How to build courage, especially during difficult times
- Transparent leadership
- Multigenerational teams
- Ensuring a return to positivity
Abstract Due date: extended to August 1, 2022
Notifications will be by email in late August 2022. Accepted poster and podium presenters will receive $50 off early bird registration fees, but the conference does not provide any support for abstract presenters, regardless of presentation outcome beyond this discount. Abstract presenters must register to attend the entire conference.
