Job Description:
Synova Associates LLC is a nurse leader education company with the vision of creating a culture where the leadership experience is rewarding and desirable. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a part-time Education Program Manager. As an Education Program Manager, you will play a vital role in the successful implementation and management of our nurse leadership certification program. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the program, including registration, facilitation of live learning sessions, participant support, content planning, analysis of user data, and budget management. Your expertise in nursing education, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills will be instrumental in ensuring the program’s effectiveness and maintaining its relevance in the ever-evolving healthcare industry. This role is a part-time salaried position with approximately 20 hours per week.
Duties:
- Participant Management:
- Manage the registration process for the certification program, ensuring smooth and efficient enrollment of participants and serve as a primary point of contact for registration inquiries.
- Address participant individual learning needs, providing feedback on offline activities and homework in coordination with pillar faculty.
- Serve as a triage for participant questions, providing prompt and helpful responses to address their concerns.
- Live Learning and Mentoring Sessions:
- Coordinate live sessions, including faculty participation, scheduling, and logistics.
- Co-facilitate live learning and mentoring sessions, ensuring their smooth execution and maintaining high participant engagement.
- Strategic Content Planning:
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategic plans for certification content, taking into account participant needs, industry trends, and technological advancements.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of participant data, feedback, and metrics to continuously improve the certification program’s design and content.
- Manage an annual review of the curriculum and pillar content, ensuring their relevance, accuracy, and alignment with industry standards.
- Participate in the creation of educational sessions, contributing your expertise and knowledge to enhance the learning experience.
- CE Provider Applications:
- Assist in the preparation of CE provider applications for certification and other educational sessions.
- Certification Faculty and Committee Management:
- Oversee the Certification Faculty and Committee, ensuring their active involvement and effective collaboration.
- Foster a supportive and productive environment for faculty and committee members to contribute to the program’s success.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the certification program budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately and efficiently.
- Synova Clinical Education Support:
- Attend Synova and Professional Education Partner conferences as requested.
- Review education materials including blogs, white papers and Synova conference materials.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in nursing or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a nurse leadership role (Women’s Services, Neonatal, Perinatal).
- Proficiency in presenting at conferences, writing scholarly articles, and participation in planning committees is preferred.
- Experience in nursing education or certification program management is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, faculty, and participants.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive program improvements.
- Proficiency in using technology tools and platforms for program management and data analysis.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism in the certification program.
