Description
Aurora West Allis Medical Center is seeking a Director of Women’s & Children’s Services to lead one of the top birthing programs in Wisconsin. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a high-volume, high-performing service line supported by a Level III NICU, strong physician alignment, and a highly engaged leadership team.
About the Role
This leader will provide strategic and operational oversight for a comprehensive Women’s & Children’s program, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, patient experience, and community impact. You’ll partner closely with physicians, executive leadership, and embedded clinical educators to continue advancing an already top-tier program.

What We’re Looking For
- BSN - Master’s degree preferred
- Relevant clinical or leadership certification required
- Progressive leadership experience in Women’s Health
- Experience in a high-acuity and/or high-volume setting preferred
- A leader who can bring a fresh perspective and continue to scale a strong program
