I first met Lori almost 10 years ago when she was Senior Director of NICU Initiatives at March of Dimes. She wowed me with her on-stage presence, public-speaking abilities & her passion for improving NICU care. Lori now pours her passion & energy into her company Synova Associates, which supports the professional growth & development of Perinatal & NICU nurse leaders. Lori took the reins of this company at the start of the COVID pandemic. Despite all the challenges thrown at her as a new business owner, her support of nurse leaders did not waiver. She is a fearless leader & advocate who does not give up. Lori is strategic & a true visionary.
